Nemo?!?

Hello wonderful Carpe Diem students and families,

We hope you are well and, for those on the east coast, recovering from the recent snowstorm. We at Carpe HQ are finalizing all the details for your travels and trying to troubleshoot in advance any problems that may arise due to the weather we’ve been having over the past week.

We want to emphasize the importance of checking in for any domestic travel as early as possible, as well as arriving at the airports early to avoid potentially long lines due to travel delays and airport closures. We want to make sure that all students are able to make it to the international departure cities with plenty of time to meet the group and head out together. If you are delayed or find your travel plans have changed in any way, please let us know! We’ll be answering phones 24 hours on travel days until the international flights depart in order to ensure all students are accounted for. Carpe Diem’s toll-free number is: 877-285-1808. We suggest you write this number down and bring it with you.

While our office manager Brian has given you this information via email, we also wanted to post an update to the blog, as this will be the first go-to form of communication while student groups are out on semester. You should expect to find updates here from groups every week or so while students are traveling.

We wish you all the best in your final preparations and smooth, safe travels to your departure cities. Please call or email our office if you have any questions.
