Zanzibar

Only a few more days left until home time. The trip has been nothing but amazing and we will all be sad to leave but everyone is exited to get back as well. The past week in Zanzibar has been great. Our first day in Zanzibar we dove right in with some cultural activities such as visiting the Anglican church and slave chambers. The next few days were spent exploring Stone town and Darajani Market. Needless to say we’ve all been stuffed to the brim from all the amazing food and sugar cane juice for the past week. We also had the opportunity to go on a spice tour and go on a boat ride to Changuu Island to see turtles, snorkel and get some beach time. The past 4 days we’ve spent our mornings scuba diving and afternoons exploring. Yesterday afternoon we had the opportunity to visit the Persian paths which we really enjoyed. They were fascinating. That’s it for now.

Shout out to everyone at home we’ll be back before you know it and apologies for the lack of blogging.
