Sa-wat-dee (hello) family and friends!
We have arrived in Thailand healthy and happy and are so excited to begin our adventure!
This is our third day in Chiang Mai, and we’ve been having a great time exploring the city, eating amazing food, taking our first Thai lessons, and getting to know each other!
Tomorrow we have our second Thai lesson, and then will be heading off to the village of Mae Rim, about 45 minutes north of Chiang Mai. There we will be continuing our language classes and living in homestays with local families. We’re so excited to immerse ourselves in the Thai culture!
