Hello from the beautiful and bustling town of Chiang Mai!
We can’t believe what a whirlwind it’s been already, it feels like we both have known each other forever and still have so much to learn and explore.
Our days have been full of delicious food, laughter, program sessions setting us up for the semester and deep exploration of both the city and ourselves.
Our time here orbits the idea of community- what does positive and growth oriented community look like? How do we want to support each other? What sort of kindness and care do we want to show up with?
As we moved through our first program sessions we took a deep dive into what it means to be a community and we have created a strong foundation to carry us through Southeast Asia.
Highlights of orientation include: Sunday Night Market, the Artesian Village of Baan Kang Wat and of course, one of our favorites, 7/11 (seriously, it’s amazing- trust us!)
Orientation closed in ceremony last night as we shared sacred space with one another in deep meditation, incense burning, candle light and a sharing of our strengths….
And thus we closed this first part of our journey and step into the wild unknown!
We have a special day ahead as we travel to Pun Pun Farm and also celebrate Jessie’s birthday- we couldn’t be more ecstatic to share a birthday with one of our beloved community members!
Sending you all an abundance of love. We are so grateful for all those who got us to where we are today. We are ready to move forward into growth, healing, learning and joy.
Much love & talk soon
