Welcome to the humble beginnings of our adventurous, exciting, and delightful blog for the FANZ Hongi group. We (Gwen and Mac), your gallant leaders, are here in Portland, OR putting all the finishing touches- dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s, in order to be fully ready for the epic journey that lies in front of us. After a biking LITERALLY thousands of miles throughout each and every Portland city street, we discovered a scenic view overlooking the city. Such a splendor could not forego a photo opportunity. As you can see, our bikes have been handcrafted by people with fairly short legs (much to our dismay and discomfort); however, they have provided us with a plethora of compliments and the strongest quads in the Carpe Diem community (NO JOKE- we are both extremely sore).
We are really excited to have everyone on board. It will be our pleasure to meet all our students in person in only 9 DAYS!
