Good bye Pizza Hut, hello ceviche!
Our South America crew is all together, headed through security, and ready to embark on this incredible 3 month chapter of their lives! Despite the hour (3:30 AM, PST) and the fact that their flight does not take off for a few more, there is not a single yawn to be heard in the group. You can feel the excitement of these explorers and it is hard not to be inspired by them as they step out of the known and into the abyss. Though we can predict a little of what awaits them on the other side – Spanish Skills, travel savviness, friendships and experienced that will last a life time – it is impossible to know where this adventure will take them on each individuals inner journey.
All of us here at HQ could not be more proud of these students and leaders and are wishing all the best to our second to last group to depart this Spring!
