Either the fear goes away, or the opportunity does Either the fear goes away, or the opportunity does. One of them always does first. Carpe Diem Education has 20 years of helping students choose the opportunity. Every student who’s ever done a Carpe program was a little scared first. Every single one. And every single one came back saying it was worth it. The fear doesn’t have to leave before you apply. It usually leaves somewhere around day three, when you’re standing somewhere you never imagined standing. It’s Gap Year Exploration Month and this year’s theme is Future Ready!
