Just got to training and getting into the details of the program! We’re super excited to meet you all soon, and are here to answer any questions that come up before the program.
Our names are JB and Forrest— JB is from Charlotte, North Carolina but travels full time in the experiential education field. Forrest is from rural Arkansas originally but has had the opportunity to live all over the country working in education and recreation.
Our three travel tips for students would be:
1. Lean into your curiosity and wonder
2. Talk to locals!
3. Bring a comfort item
JB is excited to connect to the Italian and Greek culture through the gastronomy of the regions we’ll be visiting— very Anthony Bourdain vibes.
Forrest is stoked to learn more about Italian and Greek history, visit Crete, and hike the via francigena.
