Where did the time go? It seems like just yesterday it was Febuary 13th and we were all headed to LAX, into the unknown, to embark on a lifechanging experience with 11 other people we have never met before. Now here we are, 84 days later, our lives changed, personalities grown, and millions of new memories with those same 11 other people that we now will never forget. Although one of those people did not finish this journey with us, he is most definitely here in spirit and not a day goes by that he is not mentioned.
I personally can say I had alot of doubts coming on this trip. Meeting each of these new people at the airport was like stepping into a different world. We are all so different and come from such different backrounds and lifestyles but somehow we managed to make these 3 months work and create some of the most amazing memories. I wish everyone the best, whether they’re going home or traveling onward. No doubt we will all see eachother again some day.
