We have finally made our way to Varanasi, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world! It was quite an adventure getting here. From Amritsar, we took an overnight 16-hour train ride to Agra, where we visited the Taj Mahal the next morning. Words cannot describe what it was like being there – it was so picturesque that we almost could not believe it was real. We hung out in Agra for the rest of the day, until we boarded the overnight train to Varanasi. We are now exploring every opportunity this most holy city has to offer, and loving every minute of it!
