Hello all,
I am posting from an internet cafe near Pucara. Sorry this will be a really short post but I want all to know that there is no internet in Pucara, so we most likely wont update until Monday when we leave Pucara. However, that is the begining of group directed travel which, depending on what we decide to do, may or may not allow for internet access! Updates comming soon-ish!
On another note, Saturday in Baños was super fun. We all went canyoneering and had a good time. It was sad to say goodbye to Juan Carlos and our family from the Finca but, we all were looking forward to our day in Otavalo.
Otavalo was great fun. The market (as expected) was huge and the vendors were eager to sell stuff. We all bought lots (probably more than we should have considering we have to carry it all)! Then, we left for Pucara which is a beautiful little town at about 7,000ft high. We are surrounded by nature in all directions and because of the differing altitudes, there is a lot of variability!
