The FANZ Walkabout group has just completed a four day stint at the Blue Mountain Adventure Centre in National Park, New Zealand. The week was amazing as our guides Bevan and Simon took us all over the area doing awesome activities. Activities included a high ropes course, white water rafting, caving, kayaking, canyoneering, jumping waterfalls, repelling or also known as abseiling and some leadership building activities. Highlights from the week include Hank and Eli’s ascent of the high ropes course as water poured down on them, the girl’s blackberry picking adventure and the short little jump off the waterfall to end the day of canyoneering. All in all it was a very exciting week, that everyone will surely remember for the rest of their lives. I’m sure Bevan and Simon will never forget us as Carly and Jessica toilet paper’d their house on our way out for all the jokes they played on us through the adventure. Our next stop is to the Maori for a week to engage in some authentic New Zealand cultural.
Till Then,
Your FANZ Walkabout Bloggers
