I would just like to take the time to thank Carpe Diem Education for providing me with an unforgettable semester. Last semester, while at school, I was craving an adventure and that is exactly what I got this Spring! I am incredibly happy that I decided to come on the FANZ Carpe Diem semester abroad and I am now excited for all of my upcoming travel excursions. This program has taught me a multitude of things about my surroundings as well as myself. I have learned to appreciate the natural environment and all that it has to offer. I was able to challenge myself and break out of my comfort zone in a safe group atmosphere. I did so many things that I never thought I would ever have the chance to do such as hike the Tongariro Crossing and live among the people of Nadala village in Fiji! I feel extremely blessed to have been given this opportunity to learn about many different cultures as well as share stories of my own.
Throughout the semester, I saw many beautiful sites and I made memorable connections with locals as well as people from all over the world. As a traveller, you become part of a community full of people who are passionate about seeing the beauty that the world has to offer and it is great knowing that I am now part of this community. Now for my next adventure!
A shout out to the most amazing group and leaders! Some of the strongest and most beautiful people that I have ever met. Thank you for supporting me in regards to my own personal growth. I wish you all the best of luck in your future studies and your travels. Hopefully I run into you somewhere amazing 🙂
So thank you once again for everything!
Peace and Love,
Liv
