That’s right y’all. We moved around a lot this semester.
As a group, we tackled four countries and worked with 11 unique partner organizations. From the early days of scavenger hunting around Xela to taking giant strides off the back of the dive boat in Roatán, it’s been quite a journey.
We could not be more proud of how far each and every one of you has come in your language skills, travel savvy, and desire to be engaged global citizens.
We will miss hanging out at parques centrales, hunting for the best helados, eating tortillas and gallo pinto, and waiting for the next José to show up to grace our presence. It’s been a hell of a ride, ladies (and gent). We feel so grateful to have had such a dynamic and respectful group of individuals who have helped not only each other grow and transform, but us as well.
We feel tremendously privileged to have shared this unforgettable experience with all of you, and wish you nothing but happiness and fond memories of our time together. We hope every cell in your body will remain happy, as you embark on your next adventures. When in doubt — try a silent om, WRAP IT UP, and SEND IT.
Keep your eyes open for PASSION POPS — coming to a Whole Foods near you soon.
Abrazos!
