Follow the Journey

hello all, Maddie here. So what an adventure we have had so far. Everything has been amazing. We just left the Village of Nananu a couple days ago and it is crazy to go from village life to big time Auckland City. I think everyone was happy to move on from the village to our new spot. It was sad to say goodbye to the village but they will always be in our hearts. Being back in the airport just changed the moods of all of us. We were filled with excitement to arrive in NZ. The plane itself was a cool experiance. Everyone was happy and had big smiles on thier faces. Flying over NZ was awsome. We were surrounded by mountains and the beautiful clear blue water. I thought the airport security would be crazy but it was not that bad. Driving to our hostel was a very pretty drive. The hostel we are staying in and have been in is very nice and I think we all are very thankful for that compared to the last one we stayed in Nadi. Also we have hot water! i wish we had more time here because this place is awsome. We got the group together and did the Coast to Coast hike. This is a ten mile hike through city and some georgous parks. We got to see alot of NZ. it was a long day but I think everyone was happy we got to do it. You could look over to me what felt like a big chunk of NZ. Could see the city, water and mountains. Well that has been what we have been up to and we leave today for the farm for 7 days looking forward to do some hard work! Talk to you later
